Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid full driver's license with 3 points or less.
• Knowledge of medications and their effects.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to clients' medical appointments.
• Develop medication plans for clients receiving services.
• Counsel clients on potential side effects of medication.
