Job summary

Sheppard Pratt in Timonium, MD seeks a Rehabilitation Specialist to work on-site Tue-Sat, 2pm-10pm, in our Residential Rehabilitation Program. You will support individuals with serious mental illness to obtain housing, employment and services, and provide a safe, therapeutic environment to foster independence and recovery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications and trainings as required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a residential counselor one-on-one with clients to build skills for independent living.
• Ensure medication compliance and safety.
• Collaborate with the service team to develop and implement individual service plans.
• Provide transportation to medical appointments and advocate for follow-up care.
