Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Medication certification as required by state guidelines.
• Must successfully complete the ESL medication competency on hire.
• First Aid and CPR Certification if required by state law and/or Company standards.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Able to speak effectively to customers or employees of organization.
• Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Appearance is neat, clean, and according to dress code.
• Ability to deliver high level of service delivery and hospitality; prioritizes customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and/or assistance according to state regulations.
• Administers medications as allowed by state guidelines.
• Order and receive medication and communicate with pharmacy as needed.
• Maintain resident records in the digital platform daily.
• Perform room visits and room checks regularly.
• Assist with resident care when needed.
• Respond to resident requests, including emergency pull cords and calls.
