Job summary

Experience Senior Living is seeking a Medication Assistant to join our team in Florida. This PRN role covers 7:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-11:00pm shifts, supporting residents with medication reminders and administration under state guidelines.

Responsibilities include ordering and tracking medications, documenting in the digital system, conducting room checks, and assisting with resident care as needed to ensure high-quality service and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification required.
• Medication certification as required by state guidelines.
• First Aid and CPR certification as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and assistance per state regulations.
• Administer medications as allowed by state guidelines.
• Order and receive medications; ensure availability and communicate with pharmacy.
• Maintain resident records in digital platform, including medications, incidents, and observations.
• Perform room visits and checks; assist with resident care as needed.
