Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Wayne, Nebraska seeks a Certified Medication Aide to administer medications per physician orders and provide direct resident care under supervision. You will follow individualized care plans, document daily resident information, and observe for medication interactions while adhering to infection control policies.

Requirements include state-approved CMA training and certification; prefer at least 1 year of CMA experience in AL or SNU.

Qualifications

• Must possess high school education or its equivalent.
• Must be a licensed Certified Medication Aide having successfully completed a state approved training program and any necessary examination(s).
• Prefer prior experience in AL or SNU; at least 1 year as CMA.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications to residents as ordered by the physician.
• Provides direct resident care following individualized care plans.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment in the community.
• Performs daily documentation in resident records per state regulations.
• Observes resident responses and reports changes to supervisor.
• Supports self-administration of medications as per facility procedures.
• Adheres to medication policies and infection control procedures.
