Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Medication Aide to assist residents with daily living and medication administration under a licensed nurse. You will document observations, follow privacy policies, and support care plans while maintaining a professional appearance and compliance with regulations.

The role requires CNA and RMA certifications where applicable, prior assisted living experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be certified CNA and RMA in the state.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months experience in an assisted living community preferred.
• At least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Dispenses medications under the direction of a licensed nurse.
• Supervises residents’ medications under the service plan.
• Completes care documentation timely and accurately.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Observes and reports changes in residents' condition.
