Omega Senior Living Llc in Wayne, Nebraska is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to administer medications as prescribed and to provide direct resident care per individualized plans. You will observe treatment responses, manage medication safety, and document changes in resident records with adherence to state regulations.

The role requires a state-approved CMA license, high school education or equivalent, and prior experience in long-term care is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess, at minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.
• Must be a licensed Certified Medication Aide with state-approved training and exam.
• Prefer prior experience in long-term care or SNF environments.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered by the physician and under supervision in line with nursing standards and facility policies.
• Provides direct resident care following individualized care plans and observes for medication interactions and side effects.
• Maintains a clean, safe environment and follows infection control procedures.
• Documents health and emotional changes in resident records and reports updates to supervisor.
• Assists residents with self-administration of medications as trained and directed.
