Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to ensure residents receive medications and treatments safely, accurately, and with dignity in a senior living environment.

You will administer medications per physician orders, document in MAR/TAR in real-time, monitor residents during and after passes, report refusals or health changes promptly, and maintain medication carts and rooms following infection-control standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Document in MAR/TAR in real-time.
• Monitor residents during and after medication passes.
• Report refusals, concerns, and health changes promptly.
• Maintain medication carts and rooms, following infection control standards.
• Complete narcotic counts per policy.
