Job summary

You will follow the Six Rights, document in MAR/TAR in real time, monitor residents during and after passes, report changes, and manage narcotics counts while upholding infection control standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, 18+.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Following the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Documenting accurately in MAR/TAR in real time
• Monitoring residents during and after medication passes
• Observing symptoms, reporting concerns, and administering medications for symptom relief
• Completing narcotic counts and maintaining medication carts and rooms
• Adhering to infection control and safety standards
