Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech to administer medications and treatments to residents with dignity and accuracy. You will follow physician orders, document in MAR/TAR in real time, and ensure safety through the Six Rights of Medication Administration.

Key duties include observing residents during passes, reporting concerns promptly, maintaining narcotic counts and clean carts, and upholding infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Preferred experience in senior care

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Document all actions in MAR/TAR in real time
• Observe residents during and after medication passes; monitor symptoms
• Report concerns promptly and complete narcotic counts
• Maintain clean medication carts; follow infection control and safety standards
• Contribute to regulatory compliance and resident safety

Skills
