Job summary

CountryHouse Residence Lincoln III, part of Agemark Senior Living, is seeking an On-Call Medication Aide to join a caring team in Lincoln, NE. This flexible role supports residents by administering medications, documenting care, and reporting changes to the nursing staff.

As an On-Call employee, you’ll pick up shifts at least 2 per month, including evenings and weekends. Benefits include Daily Pay, free meals during shifts, and access to an Employee Assistance Program.

Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in serving older adults.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain records.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or concerns and report them to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living with compassion and dignity.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
