Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification or equivalent as per state requirements.
• Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written.
• Compassion, patience, and genuine interest in serving older adults.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain records in our system.
• Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns, and promptly report to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, with compassion and dignity.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive community environment where everyone feels valued.

We’re currently hiring a Med Aide-Full Time Days who is passionate about helping others and providing the best possible care. This position is a Full-Time 12-hour shift from 6a-6p and requires working every other weekend and every other Holiday.

What You’ll Do
