Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a part-time role in a Los Alamos area senior care setting. The CMA will work under the charge nurse to ensure timely and accurate medication passes and maintain high-quality resident care with a spirit of excellence.

Responsibilities include reporting changes in patient conditions, following PRN documentation guidelines, notifying on medication reorder, and participating in trainings and meetings while documenting

• Ability to communicate effectively in English through both speech and writing.
• Previous patient care experience preferred.

Your Job

A CMA is under the direct supervision of the charge nurse. The charge nurse will follow up with the CMA to ensure the med pass is completed timely and accurately to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.
