Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living in Albany, NY is seeking a dedicated Resident Medication Aide to support our residents with daily living tasks and medication administration. You will ensure compliance with regulations and monitor the medication program under physician orders, contributing to high-quality memory care and general assisted living services.

Qualified candidates have a GED or high school diploma and at least two years of resident care experience, with willingness to complete required

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of resident care experience and/or training required
• Successfully complete all trainings as required by state regulations

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed
• Assist in monitoring the medication program
• Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents

Job description

Schedule: Full Time

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour, based on experience.

Shift differential also available for Evenings, Nights and Weekend Shifts
