Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech in Bridgewater Township, NJ. You will administer medications per physician orders, observe residents, and document in MAR/TAR with precision to ensure safety and quality of care.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, Medication Administration certification, CPR/First Aid, and strong communication. Senior care experience is preferred and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

• Strong documentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration
• Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time
• Observe residents during and after medication passes
• Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief
• Report refusals or concerns promptly
• Complete narcotic counts per policy
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and rooms
• Follow infection control and safety standards
