Job summary

Indiana Treatment Center in Muncie, IN is seeking Qualified Medication Aides (QMAs) to join our care team. You will administer medications under supervision, document in the EMR, and monitor client responses in Detox and Residential levels of care.

Required QMA certification, CNA background, and a 100-hour QMA course, plus BLS or ability to obtain within 30 days. Join a compassionate team dedicated to trauma-informed, respectful care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with current Indiana QMA certification.
• CNA certification and completion of a state-approved 100-hour QMA course required.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Administer oral, topical, and other medications as delegated by supervising nurse.
• Document all medication administration in the EMR.
• Report medication errors or variances to supervising nurse.
• Monitor patient responses and adverse reactions to medications.
• Support nursing staff with vital signs and delegated tasks.
• Maintain a trauma-informed, confidential care environment.
