Responsibilities

• Administer oral, PRN, inhaler and topical medications under nurse supervision.
• Monitor residents, document MAR entries and report to the nurse on duty.
• Calculate dosages, stock medication cart and observe for adverse reactions.
• Accept instructions before PRN meds; audit records for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality and professional communication with residents.
