Agemark Senior Living’s Symphony Pointe in Elkhorn, NE is hiring a Medication Aide for full-time evenings and every other weekend. You’ll safely administer medications, document care, observe residents, and support daily living with compassion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in caring for seniors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality care.
• Availability to work evenings, every other weekend, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain records.
• Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity.
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members.
• Help create a positive, welcoming environment for our residents.
