Symphony Pointe, an Agemark Senior Living community in Elkhorn, NE, seeks a dedicated Medication Aide for full-time evenings and every other weekend. You’ll administer medications, document accurately, and monitor residents for changes, while supporting independence and dignity in daily care.

Qualifications

• Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in working with seniors
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills for medication tracking and documentation
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to providing quality care
• Availability to work evenings, every other weekend, and holidays as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and residents’ care plans
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records
• Observe residents for changes in condition, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity
• Build meaningful connections with residents, families, and team members
• Help create a positive, welcoming environment for our residents
