Responsibilities include monitoring residents' health, documenting changes, and assisting with activities of daily living.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide certificate, or state required med pass certificate.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in working with older adults.
• Experience in medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately at prescribed times.
• Document medications given or omitted according to policy.
• Monitor residents' health, safety and well-being.
• Record changes in residents' status, appointments, vitals, and needs.
