Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications to residents under supervision of a licensed nurse and document accurately.
• Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and med assistance.
• Monitor changes in residents' condition and document vital signs and services.
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life through companionship and engagement.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control and safety procedures.
