Qualifications

• Must have a valid MAT certification that is in good standing with the State.
• Experience with medication administration and basic charting.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Community policies, safety, and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report concerns promptly.
• Prepare, administer, and document oral/topical medications as ordered by physicians.
• Document medication administration accurately and report errors immediately.
• Follow labeling, storage, and dating policies for medications.
