Qualifications

• Must have a valid CMA certification in good standing with the state.
• Must have a valid CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills required; read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering medications as ordered by the physician, under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized medication cart and room; ensure proper labeling and dating.
• Document medication administration and report any errors or refusals immediately.
• Protect resident privacy and safety; verify resident identity before treatment.
• Follow facility policies and procedures and participate in inspections as requested.
