Qualifications

• Valid MAT certification in good standing with the State.
• Basic computer skills for charting and documentation.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work scheduled hours including weekends and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Community policies and procedures.
• Report abuse/neglect immediately to supervisors.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Document medication administration accurately and promptly.
• Prepare, administer, and chart medications as ordered by the physician or Medical Director.
• Ensure medications are labeled, stored, and dated correctly.
• Protect resident privacy and obtain written orders before administration.
• Assist in daily hygiene and daily living activities as needed.
