Midwest Health Inc. is seeking a Certified Medication Aide to assist with medication administration for residents under physician direction in a skilled nursing setting. You will follow established nursing standards and community policies while maintaining resident safety and privacy.

You will ensure proper labeling, documentation, and reporting of medication-related information, and you will work closely with the nursing team to support daily resident care and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CMA certification in good standing with the State.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to work beyond normal hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary.

Responsabilités

• Assist in administering medications as ordered by the attending physician under supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and family information.
• Ensure medications are properly labeled, stored and dated.
• Document medication administration and charting per policy.
• Report refusals, reactions, or errors to the RCC/Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
