Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a licensed Pharmacy Technician in a clinical, ambulatory care, or specialty pharmacy setting.
• Experience with PA, insurance verification, and medication access workflows.
• Proficient with EHRs and pharmacy benefit tools such as prior authorization portals.

Responsibilities

• Support prior authorization (PA) and financial assistance (FA) processes.
• Assist with medication refills and refill protocols to prevent therapy interruptions.
• Communicate with insurers and clinic staff to resolve access barriers.
• Serve as liaison between patients, providers, payers, and pharmacy teams to ensure smooth medication access.
