Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a Sales Support Associate I for Medicare Solutions. The role provides essential administrative and marketing support to agents, handles client enrollments and new business processing, and ensures compliance across tasks.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant administrative experience in health insurance or financial services. An active Health & Life license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Understanding of compliance with federal/state regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provides support for new and existing relationships.
• Liaises with support teams for escalations related to new business, commissions, contracting, and technology platforms.
• Delivers marketing and CRM system training, administration and implementation.
• Assists agents with website navigation, supply ordering, commission statements, and status of applications.
• Maintains confidential client files and records with strict compliance.
• Resolves escalated agent concerns or issues.
• Outreach to agents for carrier items, qualifications, certifications, webinars, and co-op processes.
• Shares product knowledge with the team and answers questions about lines of business.
• Manages proactive communications to dissemination channels like newsletters and carrier bulletins.
• Becomes an expert on carrier processes and procedures.
• Seek recruiting opportunities.
