Are you passionate about the Medicare population and looking for an opportunity to work in sales with the ability to directly impact your income potential? Do you have a track record of building trusting relationships in the community and exceeding expectations? If so, we are seeking licensed, motivated, and self-driven individuals to join our team.
In this field position, you will build community relationships, drive self-generated sales, and meet sales goals while working independently. You will interact with Humana’s customers, external partners, and the community through face-to-face, virtual, and telephonic interactions. Face-to-face activities include grassroots marketing, community events, and visiting prospects in their homes. Our Medicare Sales Field Agents sell health plans and educate beneficiaries about our services in the field. Additional products include Life, Annuity, Indemnity, Dental, Vision, and Prescription.

Schedule: Flexibility required for evenings and weekends due to appointments and events.
Training: First 3-4 weeks of employment, attendance mandatory.

40 hours/week
Estimated starting salary: $31,800 - $43,800/year, depending on location and experience. Commission incentives are available based on performance.
