Join the Chester County Intermediate Unit as a full-time Custodian at the Technical College High School Pickering campus in Phoenixville, PA. This position is anticipated to start in April 2025 within the Administrative Services department.

Position Details

• Start Date: April 2025
• Schedule: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Location: Technical College High School Pickering campus, Phoenixville, PA

Pay Range

$19.56/hr - $21.34/hr, based on experience. Effective April 2025.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of institutional cleaning methods preferred
• Previous school custodial experience preferred
• Current police, child abuse & FBI fingerprint clearances required

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain building facilities
• Operate cleaning and maintenance equipment
• Perform landscaping, lawn care, snow removal
• Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables
• Set up and break down tables and chairs for events
• Assist with supplies receipt, storage, and distribution
