Job summary

CareSource in Ohio seeks a Medicare Sales Representative II to educate seniors on their Medicare options, develop enrollment opportunities with local agencies, and guide beneficiaries through the enrollment process.

This mobile role travels within the assigned territory, engages with communities, and aims to meet monthly sales targets while maintaining regulatory compliance. A base salary plus commissions, a sign-on bonus, and qualified leads support performance.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of Medicare/Medicaid or commercial insurance sales experience.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Educate seniors about Medicare Advantage options and enrollment opportunities.
• Conduct presentations and marketing activities in compliance with regulations.
• Build partnerships with community organizations to drive enrollment.
• Guide beneficiaries through enrollment while serving as a subject matter expert.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with a focus on customer satisfaction.
