What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound calls and assist Medicare consumers in finding suitable insurance plans
- Focus on selling and enrolling eligible customers into health, prescription drug, vision, and dental options
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA while managing Protected Health Information (PHI)
- Be fully available during the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 - December 7) to maximize sales opportunities
- Utilize multiple web browsers and dual-screen setups to effectively manage customer interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in and hold a Resident License in one of the specified states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, or Utah
- Prior inside sales experience preferred, with the ability to multi-task while engaging with customers
- Strong ability to navigate and operate multiple web browsers
- Secure, hardwired high-speed internet connection for uninterrupted work
- A private, distraction-free home office compliant with HIPAA regulations

- Experience in a telesales or insurance brokerage environment
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets or performance metrics
