Senior Plastics Manufacturing Recruiter/Talent Acquisition

MUST have plastics films sales experience.

Our client is an industry leading plastics film manufacturer. They are seeking a Sales Rep who has a strong background in the films industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts.
• Achieve sales targets and quotas.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience with plastic films.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
