• Ability to establish metrics and workflows to improve revenue-cycle performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Medicare billing, coding compliance, and reimbursement operations.
• Manage Medicare denials, ADR responses, and audit appeals to protect organization revenue and cash flow.
• Establish metrics and operational workflows to streamline Medicare revenue cycle performance and decrease AR days.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on CMS regulations, ensuring strict adherence to federal billing standards.
