Job summary

Neishloss & Fleming, LLC is seeking a recruiter to identify, engage, and onboard independent insurance agents and agencies. You will lead outreach via phone, email, and social media, build strong relationships, and educate on Medicare, life, and health products.

The role requires a proactive, team-oriented individual with 1–3 years of recruiting experience and strong communication skills. Bachelor's degree is preferred; insurance recruitment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruiting, sales, business development, marketing, or customer acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience in insurance, Medicare, or agency recruitment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-starter with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard independent agents and agencies.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing agents.
• Educate agents on Medicare, Life, and Health products and carrier opportunities.
• Schedule and conduct recruiting presentations and meetings.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support agent growth.
• Maintain CRM records and meet recruiting goals.
• Attend industry events and training as needed.
