Oak Street Health is hiring an Outreach Executive I to develop relationships with Medicare seniors and convert them into patients within the local community. You will work with Outreach Managers and Community Relationship Managers to drive new patient growth in your territory.

The role emphasizes engaging prospects through events, referrals, and multi-channel outreach, with a focus on building trust and delivering a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• US work authorization required.
• Sales and/or healthcare experience a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by communities we serve.

Responsibilities

• Generating leads by effectively engaging Medicare seniors and local communities.
• Maintain CRM updates and coordinate with Outreach Managers to drive patient growth.
• Narrate and nurture prospects via email, phone, and networking; collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation.
