Responsibilities

• Support Medicare members, prescribers, and providers by processing coverage-related requests via phone and fax (offline).
• Perform accurate case setup, review, outreach, documentation, and timely resolution per Medicare guidelines and CMS timelines.
• Work on inbound/outbound phone interactions and fax-based casework in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
