Job summary

Bloom is seeking an experienced Medicare Customer Service Representative to assist members with accessing community resources, scheduling visits, and understanding benefits. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls in a call center environment, documenting interactions, and maintaining compliance with privacy policies.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of Medicare healthcare customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and multitasking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of Medicare healthcare customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound calls from members in a courteous, professional manner.
• Conduct outbound calls for member outreach and follow-up.
• Provide first-call resolution and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
• Assist members with scheduling appointments and explaining benefits.
• Maintain privacy and comply with Bloom’s policies during all interactions.
• Document activities in the appropriate systems and meet call center metrics.
