Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years customer service experience with 60% or more of time spent communicating with customers by phone, email, and/or in person.
• Strong familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office applications, and ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Must live in the New England area.

Responsibilities

• Answer members' questions and guide them to the answers they need.
• Explain medical and dental packages and provide compassionate support.
• Work in a structured service center environment with training and development.
