Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service experience with frequent phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Comfort with technology and quick learning of new tools and software.
• Must live in the New England area.

Responsibilities

• Guide members to answers and explain their medical and dental packages.
• Support service center operations and member inquiries.
• Engage in training programs to build Medicare knowledge.
• Balance empathy with effective problem solving for members.
