Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking a Medicare Member Advocate in Hingham, MA. You will be the friendly voice guiding members to answers about medical and dental plans while upholding our commitment to excellent service.

During training (about 10–12 weeks) you’ll work 8am–4pm EST and earn $20.51 per hour (~$40,000/year). After training, you may transition to a flex schedule with varied hours and potential salary progression within our Medicare Member Advocate model.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years customer service experience with phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Strong familiarity with technology and ability to learn new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Guide members to answers about medical and dental plans and explain coverage.
• Work in a structured service-center environment and participate in training and development.
• Communicate clearly with members to resolve questions and support their healthcare needs.
