Your leadership will drive billing accuracy, accounts receivable, and financial reporting within a 51-bed skilled facility.

The role requires experience in Medicare/Medicaid billing for long-term care and solid knowledge of accounting principles.

Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid billing in long-term care.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and reimbursement rules.
• Familiarity with New Hampshire Medicare/Medicaid systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preadmission payer source verification.
• Participate in admission, discharge and transfer processes.
• Maintain and report accurate daily census information.
• Manage accounts receivable and billing by payer source.
• Process cash receipts and participate in monthly close processes.
• Handle collections and bad debt reporting.
• Assist residents with Medicaid applications.
