Job summary

Warner Pacific Insurance Services, a full-service general agency, seeks a Medicare and Individual Sales Consultant for Ohio. You will drive Medicare and Individual plan sales by establishing broker appointments, maintaining strong carrier relationships, and guiding brokers through licensing and product education.

You will also lead training webinars and coordinate with the sales team to expand market coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent; advanced education or degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of Medicare Sales experience.
• Valid life/health Ohio insurance license and the ability to be licensed in all 50 states if necessary.
• Must be a Ohio resident.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and customer service principles.
• Ability to multi-task and work with brokers and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for Medicare and Individual products.
• Maintain broker relationships and train brokers on products and systems.
• Provide product and technology training for brokers and staff.
• Quote and present plans to brokers; manage commissions and lead generation.
