Job summary

Senior Benefit Services (SBS) in Springfield, MO is seeking licensed? independent agents to serve seniors and Medicare beneficiaries. You’ll build a personal business while leveraging SBS’s systems, support, and relationships with 50+ carriers.

You may receive an existing block of clients via SBS agency acquisitions and access exclusive leads, mentorship, marketing support, and a proven CRM platform. SBS supports ongoing training and a structured onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must obtain licensing before contracting.
• Insurance license not required to apply.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Medicare-eligible individuals and seniors to evaluate options.
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Life Insurance, and other health products.
• Build trusted relationships through consultative conversations.
• Service existing clients and assist with policy reviews, renewals, and coverage questions.
• Leverage lead opportunities to grow your book of business.
• Develop referral relationships within your community.
• Build a long-term residual income through client retention and ongoing service.
