Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a growth and marketing professional to support the Optum West Region's outreach and broker engagement efforts. This role collaborates with the Market Director of Marketing to advance Nevada broker networks and provider outreach while based in Arizona.

You will manage events, budgets, and partnerships, coordinate communications and materials, and help shape market expansion strategies.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 3+ years in Nevada Medicare Advantage plan and broker channel development management.
• 3+ years in FMO and payer relationship management.
• 3+ years of executive communication and presentation skills.
• 3+ years of data analysis and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an event calendar for broker/agents.
• Maintain given budget and relationships in community.
• Attend outreach events and expos representing Optum Nevada.
• Schedule and coordinate outreach events for providers.
• Maintain marketing outreach materials.
• Attend broker events with a table to promote Optum Nevada.
• Coordinate, supervise and be accountable for daily activities of a team.
• Develop plans to meet short-term objectives.
• Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes.
