Job summary

Devoted Health in the Denver metro area seeks a Community Outreach Specialist who blends social work empathy with marketing savvy. You will be the face of Devoted in the community, sourcing opportunities and working with Broker Managers to position external agents for success.

This in-market remote role requires local residency, an active insurance producer license, and travel within the territory to build relationships, host events, and ensure Medicare marketing compliance while driving ROI.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active insurance producer license in your state of residence (or obtain one within 90 days of hire) and maintain it in good standing.
• Mobility to travel across the local territory to manage events and relationships.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Networking: Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with community gatekeepers and influencers to secure high-traffic venues for agent prospecting.
• Event Orchestration: Source, plan, and host engaging sales and marketing events (lead generation) and Medicare educational presentations.
• Broker Manager Partnership: Collaborate with Broker Managers to align outreach strategies and maximize ROI on community investments.
• Agent Mentorship: Train and motivate external agents on community-based marketing best practices and lead-generation techniques.
• Provider Collaboration: Partner with local provider groups for co-op marketing initiatives benefiting clinics and the community.
• Compliance & Strategy: Ensure activities adhere to Medicare marketing guidelines and CMS regulations while tracking local ROI.
