You will drive multi-channel growth, provide product education, oversee campaigns, and build influential partnerships while ensuring compliance and measurable sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales/business development experience.
• State health & life insurance license must be obtained and maintained as required by state law.
• Willing to travel locally up to 30% of the time.
• Willing or ability to work evenings & weekends, when required.
• Have access to reliable transportation to travel to client and/or community sites within a designated area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor agents and agencies to grow sales.
• Onboard new agents and share tools and value proposition.
• Manage resource distribution to top performers and events.
• Lead outbound campaigns to drive sales.
• Conduct market trainings and present the UHC value proposition.
• Identify partnerships and community outreach opportunities.
• Analyze data to improve sales, retention and compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for operational improvements.
