Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a field-based Medicare Advantage enrollment specialist in New York. You will engage with communities in Long Island, Queens, Bronx and surrounding areas to drive enrollment, conduct home visits, and educate members about benefits and eligibility.

Requires state license upon hire and a high school diploma, with 1+ year in marketing or sales and preferred managed care experience. The role supports flexible schedules including remote, hybrid, field or office work.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year marketing, sales or community relations experience.
• Managed care sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Russian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coverage and market penetration for Medicare Advantage products.
• Conduct community outreach, home visits and enrollment activities.
• Educate and assist Medicare individuals to access health insurance and services.
• Attend meetings, training, and events; complete enrollments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with marketing guidelines and regulatory requirements.
