Job summary

Humana Inc. in the Northern Chicago area is seeking accomplished Medicare Sales Field Agents to cover Lake and McHenry Counties and the surrounding Northern Chicago territory.

This field-based role requires you to be in the community daily, building trust and delivering Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and related offerings. As part of a small team, you will meet with members in homes and at events, drive self-generated sales, and pursue performance goals while complying with licensing and

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish with fluent speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in homes/events.
• Valid state driver's license and vehicle liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: educate individuals on Humana's Medicare plans and add-ons.
• Differentiate: build face-to-face connections through grass-roots marketing and events.
• Grow: drive self-generated sales and expand Humana's presence in the community.
