Job summary

Humana is seeking a bilingual Medicare Sales Field Agent to cover Lake and McHenry Counties and the Northern Chicago territory. This field-based role requires residing in the territory and traveling to members' homes and events daily.

You will educate on Medicare Advantage plans, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage while building trust and expanding Humana's presence in the community. The role includes base pay with commission.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in both languages.
• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory as listed in this job posting.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes, at community events, and in local settings.
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state minimums.

Responsibilities

• Deliver: Build trust and educate individuals on Humana's Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings such as Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.
• Differentiate: Create meaningful, face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits—providing a personalized experience that sets Humana apart.
• Grow: Drive self-generated sales and expand Humana's presence in the market by building relationships in your community.
