Job summary

Humana is seeking a Medicare Sales Field Agent to cover the North Chicago territory, including Evanston, Waukegan, Skokie, and surrounding areas. You will drive in-home visits, educate prospects about Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans, and build trusted community relationships.

The role is field-based, requires live in territory, and offers opportunities for growth and performance-based incentives within Humana's broader health services mission.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required or ability to obtain.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions in members' homes and at events.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Medicare Advantage education and offerings to members.
• Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing and events.
• Grow self-generated sales and meet performance targets.
